In this ADHD Podcast I’m sharing my real, unfiltered experience of living with ADHD as a late-diagnosed woman, ADHD mentor, business owner and parent.

I was diagnosed at 44, I’m medicated and I’m done pretending ADHD is either a curse or a gift. It’s just real life and this podcast is about understanding it, not romanticising it.
This episode is stream-of-consciousness, honest, sometimes messy and let's face it very ADHD.
